12. Add a new layer, load bbear9.sel, flood fill with Black.

13. Add a new layer, load bbear10.sel, flood fill with Black and apply Inner bevel Round preset.

14. Add a new layer and load bbear11.sel, flood fill with the Party pattern of your choice. Invert selection and apply Drop shadow:

Vertical & Horizontal: 0, Opacity: 100, Blur: 15, Color: See palette.

15. Add a new layer, load bbear12.sel, flood fill with the same color used for the Drop  shadow. Deselect.

~*~ Activate the bear 1 layer ~*~

16. Add a new layer, load bbear13.sel, flood fill with Party pattern. In your Layer palette  change the opacity to 65%, Keep selected. Add a layer and  invert the selection, apply Drop shadow, change Blur to 30.

17. Add a new layer, load bbear14.sel, flood fill with white and deselect. Go to Effects > Blur > Gaussian Blur, Radius: 3.

18. Add a new layer, load bbear15.sel, flood fill with the solid color. Change the opacity to 75%.

~*~ Activate  the bear 2 layer ~*~

19. Repeat Step 16 with bbear16.sel, but change Blur to 20. Invert selection and add a new layer, flood fill with solid color, contract by 1 and hit the Delete key. Change the opacity to 80%.

20. Add a new layer, load bbear17.sel, flood fill with the solid color, change the opacity to 45%, add a new layer and flood fill, contract selection by 1 and hit the Delete key.

Turn visible all layers and merge.
